Based on a high-proof cocoa macerate prepared with wine distillate and aged brandy, various mild cocoa varieties and cocoa blossoms are infused and then vacuum-distilled. This is not only one of the most important flavor-defining ingredients of our cocoa liqueur, but also its very foundation. The distillate is sweetened with a touch of honey, a little maple syrup, and granulated sugar, then refined with further carefully extracted natural extracts from the cocoa plant and aged in Demions for harmonization.
