Golles beer vinegar, 5% acid

Is fermented from strong beer and therefore has a pronounced malt note. The right ingredient for preparing numerous dishes that people also enjoy drinking beer with, for example those from the large range of snack delicacies such as sour sausage and brawn beef salad. Also ideal for flavoring strong ragout dishes such as goulash or for refining sauces and juices, braised beef or roast pork.
