African pearl salt

With this particular salt, many factors must work together and tune to create that distinctive look. Similar to the Fleur de Sel, the finest crystals collect on the surface of the Atlantic Ocean, in salt pans in the Namib Desert. After some time, they become so heavy that they sink to the bottom. Due to the evaporating water and the constant swell form now the small pearls, each of course a unique piece. Due to their strength they are very good for spice mills but also suitable as a bath additive.
