Pebrot Cubeb, sencer, Altes Gewurzamt, Ingo Holland
El pebrot cubeb (piper cubeba) tambe s`anomena pebrot de cua o de tija. Te una aroma agradable, lleugerament amarga, lleugerament pebre, pero que tambe recorda el pebre de Jamaica, amb un toc d`eucaliptus i camfora. Va millor amb plats de carn i verdures.
