Kjo uthull balsamike komplekse, e pjekur per afersisht tre vjet, eshte nje produkt i cilesise se larte nga familja Crotti. Shija e saj eshte e qendrueshme, me nota karameli, malti, nje embelsi shumeplaneshe dhe aciditet te integruar mire. Konsistenca e saj eshte e trashe, si ajo e nje balsamiku tradicional. Mund te perdoret ne te njejten menyre: me djathe parmixhano, fruta te tilla si luleshtrydhe, fileto vici ose thjesht vetem.
