    Markus Molitor takes over 1984 at the age of 20 his fathers estate with a clear objective: In the tradition of eight generations should under the name Molitor Mosel Rieslings originate and how they led the region to world fame 100 years ago - location typical, distinctive and extremely storable.

    Wines from Markus Molitor show the potential of the Mosel terroir - structure and depth of flavor combined with freshness and elegance. The seat of the estate is surrounded by the Wehlener Klosterberg and farmed vineyards in 15 different positions, each unique in your own way - and the only reason why a Molitor Location .

    Old inclination
    Until about 100 years old, ungrafted vines as the basis for unparalleled, finest Mosel Rieslings. The steepest slopes with up to 80% inclination are farmed in loving detail by hand.
