Spreads well and evenly, bakes slowly and evenly, loosens well from the baking tray, and is resilient to unproblematic lining and folding. Basic recipe: 1 kg waffle mix special, mix 1700-1800 g water and 50 g oil with blender, let soak for 5 minutes, then process as usual.
