These fruits were deprived of some of their water to preserve them. They can be eaten dried, but also put back in water, fruit juice or alcohol. In muesli, fruit or mixed salads, sauces, fillings, rice, cakes or biscuits, they are a real delicacy. Of course, they are also ideal for garnishing a variety of dishes. The pears are harvested as fully ripe, sweet and aromatic fruit.
