Ingredients
Classic ready mix for the preparation of vegan sausages. 48% textured pea protein (pea protein, pea flour), thickening agent: methyl cellulose, partially de-oiled sunflower seeds, 6% pea flour, rapeseed oil, psyllium husk, table salt, flavorings, 3% enzymatically hydrolyzed pea protein, spices, marjoram, spice extract. Preparation: 1. Thoroughly mix 150 g of the ready-to-use bratwurst mixture with 300 ml of very cold water and 3 tablespoons of cooking oil (approx. 30 g). 2. Let the mass swell in the fridge for about 30 minutes. 3. With moistened hands, first roll the cool mixture into balls and then roll them into sausages about 1.5 cm thick. 4. Place the sausages in boiling water for a maximum of 30 seconds. Then pour off the water. 5. Then fry the sausages over low to medium heat on the grill or in the coated pan to the desired degree of browning. Tip: Grease the grill or the pan with some cooking oil. Store dry, protected from light and not above room temperature.
