Vintage oil sardines are considered a great delicacy among sardine lovers. The minimum shelf life for this product is 6 years! The approx. 5 selected sardines have a mild taste. The goods were lightly seasoned with fleur de sel and marinated in the best olive oil. The sardines are juicy and have a delicate consistency, so they can be eaten whole. These sardines get better every year of storage, as the marriage between olive oil and sardine is only slowly emerging, but then an incomparably harmonious relationship develops. The production of vintage sardines is limited
