The pure olive oil from Koroneiki smells of fresh grass. The oil has a slight bitterness and aromas of tomato leaves and some banana. The finish is slightly peppery. Neolea goes well with fish dishes, vegetables such as asparagus, egg dishes and white meat. In 2021 it received the Gold Award at the New York Olive Oil Competition.
