Available from the beginning of October. Its production takes time and the result is a juicy, laid-back traditional panettone. Following the old baking tradition only the best ingredients are used. Raisin, candied orange peel and candied cube of cedro lemon are added to the breezy yeast dough made from wheat flour, plenty of butter and fresh eggs.
