Xanthan Instant is a readily soluble xanthan mixture to thicken cold and hot liquids, especially soups and sauces. Xanthan is produced from fermented corn starch. Xanthan Instant is easy to process and tasteless. Per liter of fluid about 10 -12,5g stir with a whisk. No additional boiling necessary!
