This Grand Cru Extra Virgin Olive Oil is made from 100% Tonda Iblea olives. The scent of the naturally cloudy olive oil is fresh, fruity and intense, with notes of green tomatoes and aromatic fresh herbs. This oil tastes full and persistent with herbs. Wonderful on bruschetta, with roasted or grilled meats, fish or game, and raw and cooked vegetables.
