Extra virgin olive oil, Oliva Verde, 100% Frantoio, Tuscany

Oliva Verde is the product of hand-picked olives. It wasn`t filtered. Each of these oils is pure, which means that only one, the finest variety of olive from the respective region, is used. Characteristic of this oil is the strong scent, the fruity freshness and the slightly spicy note. This Oliva Verde consists of 100% Frantoio olives and comes from Tuscany (Italy). It is considered one of the rare pure oils in this region. It is very strong, spicy, fruity, has a slightly spicy note and the smell of artichokes. It is ideal for bitter salads (rocket, chicory) and cold starters, but also develops its full bouquet when steamed and stewed.
